Zippy Bus is an independent travel assistance service. We are NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Greyhound, FlixBus, Megabus, Trailways, or any transportation carrier. We act solely as a facilitator to help consumers research and book tickets over the telephone.
Services rendered by our booking agents may incur an independent agency service fee in addition to the carrier fare. All charges and fees are disclosed and confirmed verbally prior to transaction execution.
All travel is subject to the terms, tariffs, luggage regulations, and conditions of carriage established by the respective operating bus company. Zippy Bus is not liable for carrier schedule changes, mechanical delays, weather cancellations, or lost luggage.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA.
